ABOUT US The Aberdeen Cab Company was created to provide clients with a more personal, reliable and friendly service, and to give drivers a decent living and a better quality of life.
ACC is different from other large taxi operators in Aberdeen. We don't have customer contact centres outside Aberdeen or rely heavily on impersonal computer systems. Our staff have all the local knowledge of the Aberdeen and Grampian area which national Contact Centres do not. Our staff and controllers avoid computer controlled systems which leave drivers and clients feeling ignored or poorly treated. ACC focuses on providing a professional and reliable service but with that all important human touch which is so essential to customer service. At ACC we believe that high quality human relationships are the key to excellent service and to becoming an employer of choice. We offer clients a return to a more traditional service, where passengers, travel bookers, drivers and office staff treat each other as friends rather than as people they do business with. |
